Why You Should Attend

The National Extension Technology Community (NETC) is a virtual organization of people interested in the use and application of information technology in the Cooperative Extension System and/or at a land-grant university.

The National Extension Technology Conference 2016 is a great introduction to the close network of professionals that can help you learn and apply the latest technology to deliver extension education programs. It provides an opportunity for sharing and learning about innovative types and uses of information technology.

NETC 2016 offers a chance to learn from colleagues at other universities and to share successes and challenges in a variety of technology areas including mobile and web development, programming, networking, digital audio and video education, distance education, social media, cyber security and more. You will be able to network with Information Technology Vendors and Sponsors and hear from top Information Technology Speakers.

We hope you find great opportunities to learn about new approaches and technologies, provide teambuilding, and share your own experiences and knowledge, as well!
